This kitchen is fully equipped, updated and open to the rest of the living space of the home—the perfect layout for entertaining family & friends! Complete with stainless steel appliances, a coffee station (Keurig with coffee pods and French Press with local Palm Springs Koffi) & all the kitchen essentials, you will have everything you need right at your fingertips! In the kitchen is a large, counter height wooden island/dining table with seating for 6, with a second dining table for 4 in the adjacent dining nook.
Bedrooms
This home features three elegantly designed bedrooms with blackout curtains, premium bedding, and convenient layouts. The master bedroom includes a Helix mattress king bed, dedicated workspace, smart TV, and a private ensuite bathroom.
The second bedroom has a memory foam king bed and a twin air mattress in the closet. The third bedroom offers twin bunk beds, a queen bed, and children’s toys and books.
Living Space
The living area is all part of the same entertaining space that encompasses the dining room & kitchen, so the entire group can stay connected, no matter the occasion! The living room is filled with lots of comfortable seating, a big smart TV, easy to use gas fireplace and direct access to the amazing backyard. This space has been tastefully designed to maximize your comfort and functionality during your vacation, as well as maintaining the sleek & modern aesthetic that is carried throughout the rest of the home!

“We had a lovely stay at Desert Julep, which more than lives up to photographs! Bedrooms were spacious, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen/open living space was well-designed for groups, with tons of comfortable seating and places to gather. Throughout our stay we were delighted by the many thoughtful touches–like the unexpected date shakes which were deemed delicious by everyone in our family! Lastly I will rave about the outdoor space. So much to do! Perfect pool and spa, a beautiful table for meals or puzzles and cozy places to lounge in the sun or shade with a book. We all were sad to leave and wished we had a little more time to enjoy the peaceful escape. Hope to stay here again!”

Your Hosts
We both love the desert and creating spaces for couples, families and friends can relax, connect and fall in love with the desert too. Claire grew up in the desert and Victor loves the outdoors and rock climbing. We fell in love, got engaged and then married in Joshua Tree. Today we have two children and now two properties in the desert where we travel to visit grandparents, dear friends and the mountains. We love creating peaceful spaces to connect with your group and enjoy the beautiful desert from sunrise to sunset. We design each space for ourselves, our family and our friends to ensure our guests have everything they could need. It is our pleasure and honor to serve our guests as they make memories through their travels. You can find us staying in our homes in San Diego, Joshua Tree and Bermuda Dunes or traveling with our children in our camping van throughout state and national parks.
